It was like my second home and was wonderful working here when there were good people working in ValueLabs but now things totally are satanic and too many manipulations. People who have been fired from previous company are hired as managers then promoted as associate directors. People with no good experience become AVPs, Associate Directors. Strange! I wonder if this comes under notice of the CEO Arjun Rao. The company is ruled by one bad reputed Bhanu Kishore who has all the control of hiring and firing. Good employees are leaving the organisation for the same reason. The legal head, the HR head and few other groups have no Brains at all, their experience speaks everything, to name few Preethi Gopalakrishnan, Anusha Mandivalli, Krupali etc. all are women. Strange! I hope someday this comes under light of media. I have even witnessed the fact that they make people write good reviews to protect their integrity.
