Following are some points/policy about Value Labs which everybody knows and legal according to the


management.


Interview:


For a fresher, they will conduct 5 rounds,


a.Written Test


b.Written Test


c.Group Discussion


d.Technical Interview


e.HR Interview


And your salary will be 10, 000 pm with 2 years bond to taste the hell as once you submitted your


certificates you are forced to stay even if you have health problem or family problem.


For experienced, if asked don’t give any bond plz. You will be spoiled. If you know one technology they


will force you to work on different technology.


• Training:


Who will give training; coz old resources have no knowledge on the technology.


They will force you to only work (they will not ask whether you learned or not).


• Timing:


There is no timing at all. You have to come at 7.00 AM (if u are lucky 9.00 AM) and have to leave after 9.00 PM, no matter whether you have work or not, But I have not seen a guy who exactly doesn’t have any work.


Your lead will call you in the morning to come to office as early as possible (there is some time stamp


for you from 7.00 AM to 9.00AM) and will track you on the way by repeatedly calling you to your


personal phone.


• Work Environment:


I don’t know why HR people ask for a candidate if he is a team player. You will get no support


from team as well as client; coz client knows your value (valueless), and team will never help if


they help don’t take, they will misguide you.


I can say, those who don’t have skill/gut to work outside will stay here and do politics and torture juniors to secure their job. This is the bitter truth about senior employees. If you r a fresher, you're gone since they know how to torture and get their work done for you (they don’t bother if u cry/die/frustrated). Eg. You have to finish your task, and then only you are allowed to go for lunch/snacks/tea. (See the humanity). If you are not feeling well and request to take some rest they will warn you to throw out from job. (What the hell) Here nobody will be speaking English, only Telugu. You will be forced to learn Telugu(if non-Telugu, else you will forget English if u r Telugu). This is common for all companies in Hyderabad.


• Projects:


Except 2-3 projects every project is having maximum 3 - 5(even one man project is there)


people. So they will separate the new comer and start putting torture to him/her. No need to


complain to boss because boss is amongst them.


•Management:


Management will never ask what is going on the project. They are satisfied with reports from so


called higher level people. An employee will never get a chance to talk to management even after resign/complain etc.


Leave Policy:


No need to know how many leaves you have, since for a single day you need apply one month in


advance (this is policy). Don’t dream to take 3-4 days leave at a time, impossible.


Cab Facility:


Here cab driver will behave as if he is the CEO of organization. No need to complain, admin is his


brother. You can imagine rest of the people of the organization.


Appraisal:


Never expect hike. If directors know your name or remember your face, they will consider for


your hike. But I don’t think they will know your name within 2 years from your DOJ.


Appraisal process will start in March; you will get letter in Nov/Dec and amount in Jan/Feb. If


you are player (like them), then expect some amount else forget about it.


Grievance:


If you are not satisfied with these policies, you can complain to boss (boss of lead). He will make


you understand that this is company policy and you have to obey. Then you will be forced to


complain to PM/Directors. But they are cousin brothers of the person you are complaining


about. This is a family drama. So no need to complain about anything. So at last you will be forced to resign. But let us talk about the resign process.


Resign:


Once you resign, up to 2-3 days nobody will listen as if they don’t care about you and your career. Believe me this is true. You need to send a remainder. Then you will get a chance to talk to management (what luck, after resign at least somebody listens).


First they will not accept your resignation and will force you to stay for at least 3-4 months


(notice period is 2 months). No matter if you have work or not.


At last if you succeed, then your bad luck starts. This time you will really see the hell (no need to


explain). And I don’t know whether they will support verification call from your next company.


So after a long description it is in your hand to build or spoil your career at Value Labs.


But I am sure during job period or after coming out of Value Labs you will be in one of the below


category.




  1. Worst case – trying to commit suicide (one of my friends already tried).




  2. Medium Case – Will get permanent health failure. (So many cases )




  3. Lower Medium Case – Will be frustrated so much that you will never dare to join any






software company and will plan to do business (Me and my friends are in this category).




  1. Lowest Case- You will forget what you learned in previous company or College. Enjoy the




rest of the life with regret only.


This is overall facts about Value Labs and I don’t want to describe my personal experience as you can’t


read all those, definitely you will cry.
