This is one of the worst organization with no ethics and morals. Growth here is only for people with no spines who like bending infront of their bosses.
Work Culture is pathetic completely telugu speaking company so if any people other than mother toungue telugu should not think of joining this company.
Very handful of projects and once you complete the project you will be fired immediately. No concept of bench in this company and if HR tells you then do not believe them at all.
This company is basically filled with relations you can find wife husband working in same project, brothers & sisters, brothers, brother in laws etc., all kind of relations exist in this company and this exist till Top level of management.In my carrier apart from Father and son I have seen all relations working in this company.So you can imagine what level of growth for others would be working in this company.
Company hires top level people for VP and SVP for 1 year and then they SACK them, you can find VP's in a project sending project dashboards and involving in testing activities rather than working for organization growth.
The biggest Joke in this company is of BFSI which is being run by heads who have no knowledge of Banking and cannot speak to client and to this day they head the BFSI wing.
If you think of joining this company for salary hike then this would be a mistake as your job is not secured and even if you get into another project your salary would be decreased stating the billing issues.
Think twice thrice and after a thorough investigation join this company. I would advice take offer letter from here and keep searching for other companies and bargain but do not join VL.
