Not a single review on Vaishali Garden Restaurant at Chembur, Mumbai ??
This gets me to write about a place that has been serving genuinely good and authentic cuisines in Chembur. As the western corporate culture says - Forget to criticize things, but dont forget to appreciate anything !
This restaurant has been there in Chembur on Station Road (barely 30 seconds from Rly Stn) for nearly more than couple of decades, but only a select few people know it, due to many other new restaurants springing up in recent times.
But for the people who had been to Vaishali, its always pleasure returning there and it has never let down on Quality, Taste and Service.
Moghlai / Tandoori / Indian / Continental /Chinese - name anything and you would get the best
tasting authentic dish everytime ! You have a really long choice of Indian breads / paranthas to go with the delicious Indian cuisine.
Veg or non-veg, both are prepared with unmatched expert culinary skills, which I bet would linger on for a lifetime.
My favorites over here are some starters over beer, then soup and the main course, which is Moghlai or Chinese food depending on the mood. I have never tasted a beer anywhere else as crisp and tasty as this place. Wonder if they have some special storage process for retaining the freshness of the brews. If you happen to visit it, mark my words, you will feel the distinct difference. Even if other restaurants serve the same brand label and fresh stock of beer, nowhere you would have such lovely tasting beer. (though I'm not that beer-inclined person)
They have too good Lamb (mutton ) and Seafood varieties too !
So rush there, if you happen to be in Chembur and want a relishing brews/ Lunch/ Dinner.
All service people are quite courteous and take good care of customers at this place.
Looks like these guys value their customers, which is getting a rare quality with restaurants.
