Hi guys/gals
well I see lot of praises for vaishali , believe me or not it is one of the most talked about place in pune and they say it has the best SPDP but I beg to differ from everyone in terms of vaishali being a good place
first of all what do you look for in a restaurant when you go there
1) food
2)service
3)ambience
food-
vaishali has great udipi dishes but lacks and serves pathetic north indian dishes
so I give it a one up for udipi.
For udipi matching the same as vaishali one can go to roopali or shravan
Service
pathetic is the only word comes to my mind when I think of vaishali fron service point of view . I can remember one time the waiter was just standing on our head and pushing us to finish fast since there was crowd
sometimes the waiter act as they are doing us a favour by serving us
Ambience
what can you imagine of arestaurant which is always full that you even dont have arms length and you keep on banging to waiters while eating and sweating in summers .
The huge crowd just devours the ambience
conclusion
I can only say that ppl like to visit vaisali only because they have some nostalgic attachment with it, and with me because my friends had one.
if you are in pune and if you want to have good indian food Go For Shravan , the service is excellent and the food great .
