I feel this review is:
Vsnl, this the government body so you cant expect more from them. But still being a part of government it's performance is good. Firstly they were acting as they are going to be only one from whom you can have any internet. But now they have changed there policy about customers. They have become more professional. So service has improved than other ISP's Also as the stratagy of government they are not ready to let go suprimacy. BSNL is one more step towards that. The only thing is going to happen is that indirect cost are going to increase for the customer
