My preferred travels. Review on VRL Travels, Bangalore

As I am a frequent traveler of Goa-Bangalore route, I mostly travelled by Seabird till now. But last month we got very less time for planning. We never traveled by VRL Travels, so this time wanted to give it a try. Online booking process is very smooth. The fare was pocket friendly and we got good seats in sleeper. On the day of travel we found the local office locked in Madgaon, but were told by people at bus stand that we don't have to search anywhere..the pickup point is inside the bus stop itself. We were connected with the fellow passengers through a WhatsApp group, plus the current location of the bus was being shared frequently.loved this feature. The bus arrived half an hour late. The driver was courteous, he arranged the luggage properly and we were given tokens. This is also good, nobody stays in a mood to stay on queuefor luggage upon arrival. The journey was smooth, with comfortable sleepers and nice handbag stacking options. The dinner and refreshment halts were at very decent places, which we never experienced in this route. The most surprising thing is, the driver and his helpers were helpful and polite..a rare experience for us, frankly speaking!! Upon arrival at our dropping point, luggage collection was hassle free and no wear and tear as we have experienced all these years. We were very satisfied with the service. We will prefer this tour operator for all our future travels.
