VLCC is a fraud. I wish there were an option of minus stars available on Google…VLCC Sohna Road is unbelievably fraudulent. ALL FRAUDS…right from the staff to the management…The staff is rude. They will be very polite to you when they want to sell a package and extract money. Almost immediately they will offer you discounts which are all fake..they will bullshit saying this offer is only available for today…They make it sound as if this is the best deal you can ever get, and all the loan agents will be contacted to make the sale…but the moment you sign up, you will never get an appointment. I had signed up for weight loss program with this center, and suddenly they decided to renovate the center and hence suspended all treatments for 15 days..15 days became a month and post that when I tried to reach out for appointments I never got any. I decided to convert my weight loss program into beauty and asked them to adjust the money..first they told me it can not be converted…(LIARS, scheming to extract more money)….they told me that for beauty package you have to pay some extra amount, however, to my horror they charged me the full amount for the package telling me that I was paying the difference to reactivate my package. The sales staff here are absolute frauds and I caught them red handed when I called another VLCC center and got to know the i was charged double for dermal filler..
They are such scammers that the moment they come to know that u have the spending capacity, they slaughter you…always cross verify what they are charging with another VLCC center…and if possible please stay away from this fraudulent place..I hope wish and pray that no one has this experience..and that will only happen when people stop visiting this center…they are absolute frauds…cheaters..scammers..swindlers…
The worst is that now they have robbed me of my money..shared a fake bill of services that i have never taken and shared it with me..chor kahin ke!!
