What i'll say is rome was not built in aday.i was 82 and like every body I too tried everything to reduce but in vain.then I thought of trying VLCC.i was not so sure but stii.i enrolled for 10kg and you wont believe in just one and a half month I shed 10kg and that too with out any pain of dieting and exercises.what they ask is to be discipline in your life style.they said I can have everything but should be on time and in limit.and one thing they were very particular about.not to have carbs after 6pm and no solid intake after 8pm.i followed these simple rules.and yes also did little bit of exercise that there physiotherapist told me to do.the result is.after 2yrs also my weight is still maintained.and planning to join for another 10kg
