I am sad for giving Such a bad review. But, a personal loss is heavy for me on this program. I had taken a 15KG weight loss program. the mechanisms they user are so very temporary, the use the spot reduction where the fat is only mobilized but not lost. Which can re-settle at the same place no more than few months. The therapies they say to be used for the shaping is not really worth. If u try to shape ur self there, then I am again sorry to dissappoint you.
The days you follow the same excercise and the diet pattern, you might be able to maintain the weight to a reasonable extent. If you really want, dont go for long packages, go for the short onle like a 5KG loss. if it does good, then extend. The discounts are constant throughtout the year. so, dont get tempted about the discounts. I suggest the best thing to do is go for more tucks and body massages as they do a bit good to the body, though they dont gaurantee in weight loss, the body likes massages.
One Advice :
If you are spending your hard earned money on it then please think another time. hard earned money easily wasted if the decision not taken on this wisely.
It is ok to gain 3-4 kgs after reducing 15 kgs.
But not gaining 5 kags after losing 10 kgs.
