I joined the Coimbatore VLCC and lost abt 25kilos. You know guys the staff there have a gr8 attitude... I had no problem at all.. I accept there are some pple out there soaping us to buy this and that.... but pple this will be there at any place there are enough conmen in this world...if u are so stupid to fall in their trap then god help you....
and for those who did not lose their weight...VLCC will only help u lose weight.. u can't go there and eat burgers and high cal stuff... it definitely helped me lose my weight. I used to go VLCC and 1hr of good gymming... and I lost 25kilos consistently... and after 7months of no gymming or VLCC and following my regular moderate-high cal diet... I gained only 1.5kilos.... and this can happen to any lazy bum!
So stop complaining...and use ur HEAD!!!
P.S.
i dunno how the staff are at other centers...in coimbatore center it is very good.
