Thinning down is more about determination and will power, diet control and exercise rather than heat treatments, massages, gels or diet pills. I was a lazy bum and loved eating ending up 10 kgs heavier. I joined VLCC coz I thought it would help me shed the 10 kgs without any serious struggles or dieting. But that was a short-lived illusion. I realized that the mantra to a beautiful figure was pretty simple in fact. A regular exercising schedule, A balanced diet washed by oodles of water is all it takes to get into that Size 4 dress in the back of your wardrobe. I recommend aerobics as an exercise coz its a fun way of working out. Walking with a Walkman is also a good option.
