I would like to thank VLCC gurgaon center from my heart. My weight was 127 Kg and I had no hope in life to get perfect body. Whenever I tried for weight loss never got success and end up with disappointment. Last year in June(2011) I went VLCC with some hopes. I went there to give my self another try and I was not sure to get success. But the place is magic. They prepared a program according to my body composition and it worked. They never asked me to do heavy workout because with 127 Kg weight it was not possible for me to run even 100 Mtrs. They never asked me to be hungry. They asked me to eat 5-6 times in day(Yes it is 5-6 times). Staff is very
