I feel this review is:
Unprofessional and casual approach towards the clients. Clients are taken for granted once the money is taken from them. Services are highly overcharged and expectations of the clients are not fulfilled accordingly. PMost of the staff are not knowledgeable enough to talk to the clients. There is no motivation or encouragement from the staff members to boost the clients morale. Most of the times, the clents are kept waiting due to lack of staff or rooms. Gym equipments are dated and old fashioned. It is very disappointing to see that VLCC charge a hefty amount from the clients but services are not provided satisfactorily.
