I had gone to one of the VLCC here in bangalore to join..
They started with a package for 15 kg weight loss along with different requirements like to reduce tehe sides hip and so..
They told me the total cost to be 39000 along with taxes..
Then I told them I am student and I cant afford that much, then they made another package od 10 kg weight loss along with supplement and 5 session of weight loss free for 18000 only.. So I dont know how come they reduced it so much..
I too feel that if money could buy a slim body then people like adnan sami and so would not be like that. As everyone wants a slim figure..
The better approach is to manage ur diet.
Start eating small chunk of food many number of times.. And try for a morning or evening walk fo 30 min..
One can find the same effect as a VLCC would have given..
