I got a coupon from TimesDeal. Where the total deal was for Rs 399/-. I have called them for an appointment on 27th February 2014. I got appointment for today(4th March 2014) 6:00 PM.
When I entered, the smell was very bad. I met some consultant. Her behavior was good. She swiped my card for full amount. She offered few services during today and few during next appointment.
First started with oil massage. The towel kept on shoulders was giving very bad smell. I felt nauseated because of very bad smell. Oil massage was done and then they were suppose to do a Gold Facial. They kept me waiting for more than 30 min. The person who was suppose to do facial, went to another client. Receptionist sent him to attend another client. When asked her why he was sent to another client, she told me that the person for facial was different. Finally one person came and he was looking like experienced.
Before facial he offered to trim my beard. But, it was worst. Inexperienced person would have done far better. Then he asked me which facial I was interested in. I told Gold Facial. But, he didn't do gold facial. Some low quality facial he did. He finished each step of facial in less than 2 min. As pack took longer time, he left from there and first person came and cleaned. I felt it was the worst ever facial.
Then he took me to hair wash. It was the worst ever hair wash. Then, he applied conditioner for 2 mins and washed.
When I went to tell the feedback to receptionist, she was telling that these are only basic services for the amount that I paid them.
I took her to separate room and started telling about feedback. I showed her the amounts written against each service and the quality given for the same. She told that this is marketing strategy from them. After showing the trimming result, she was apologizing "sorry for the inconvenience caused" and offered trimming once again when I go next time. I also told her about facial result. She started arguing about it. She started treating me like they are doing the services for free.
I took their a la carte, there prices much lower than the count. Duration mentioned and the service given are completely different. As I paid money already I may go next time. But, I will never ever go. I would recommend not to go to this center for any sort of services.
