One of the biggest cheater in town! Just avoid. you will get plethora of better professionals and service company in your town.
Why am I angry?
I am not just angry, I am furious and I would kill them if I really get a chance to.
I asked their team to ship my consignment to a my home town from Gurgaon. They promised that it would take 3-4 days. Take some buffer and it would reach my place in 4-5 days at maximum. I planned all my work accordingly. I stay in GGN and wanted to send my sofa set, dinning table set etc to my parents who were there in my hometown during Dussehra. The packing was done in GGN on 18th Oct and promised that it will reach my hometown by 22nd(Dassehra day). This was the whole premise. And they committed me 100 time as I wanted to ensure the timely delivery of my consignment since my parents would leave after 24th Oct.
I followed up 2 days after the packing was done, and V locate team confirmed that the shipment has left GGN and is on its way. When I did not hear any update until Dassehra I followed up further only to know that these unprofessional folks do not even have courtsey to respond to my phone calls and texts. Finally, I had to write stinker. I received call back from the owner - Bajinder - and who promised to share with me update next day morning by 10am.
Even he was a liar. No message came to me that day. I started calling and sending sms as my parents would leave soon, and there would be no one home to pick up the courier. Finally, today morning, I called them again and they said, that the truck is stuck in Agra and its been 4-5 days and it may take another 4-5 days to deliver the stuffs.
This was annoying. I asked them about the solution and these people started saying, I cannot deliver it on time so I - come and get your stuffs(7 seater sofa, center table, side table, 6 seater dinning table set, computer table, TV table) from thier Dwarka office. The tone as expected was unprofessional and rude. and these idiots were not even apologetic about the delay.
I had to shout and scream at them that you should have been more transparent so that this issue would not have come. After I asked them that they should return my stuffs back home where it was packed as its their inability to honor the promise they made.
On top of this these senseless folks are saying, they would deduct 4k(from the 10k advance I paid) as handling charge!
This is ridiculous. How can you even say that? was that my fault that the truck broke down in Agra and no one updated me on this. I am very very sure that the shipment is still somewhere in Delhi and they ahve not managed to even send few KMs.
God knows what will happen now. My stuffs are with them, they have already take 10k from me, killed more than 10 days of mine, were un professional and rude!
I should have asked them for penalty - infact I did and this person Bajinder seems like has never heard.
dear customer, DO NOT use their service. they are bunch of cheaters. go for recognised movers and packers. they have not business accumen and professionalism.
Call me if you need to know more about them. but this company should be sued and should not be given any business.
