I wish this letter goes to Mr Mithun , MD of the company .
To start this bitter experience story, on 24 of June after flying fm Delhi to Patna I reached a district called Chapra and brought one Ac and one V Guard stablizor for my parents who lives there
It was installed by LG technicians on 25 June however on 26 June itself the stablizor stopped working ( by the time I have flown back to Delhi )
On 27 June my father lodged a complaint at your call Ctr and he was told that some one will attend it within 2 days
BUT till date it has not been attended , today when I called your call Ctr and escalated the issue , I was shocked to learn that it was attended and closed as per your records and that my father again lodged a call today for a fresh issue.
Now , how and why a technician closed the call without even attending the issue and his service station must have been paid by you
Where as my old aged father is wondering why no one has attended it till date , pls note that he has called more than 3 times since 27 June and till date .
I request following -
please get this attended on priority
please investigate how and why technician closed the call without visiting us.
how come your call Ctr closed the call without talking to complainant
not attended till 03 July 2016
