I've got a problem to my 1.8 yrs old V-guard steamer plus geyser yesterday. It has a warranty of 2 yrs for the coil.
I called the Blr customer care today morning and raised a ticket. They said technician will come and the problem will be rectified in 2 days max. To my surprise, the technician called me with in 2 hrs and by evening he came and repaired the geyser.
As it is under warranty there is no charge and the technician is very courteous. I was quite surprised and happy with the service V-guard has in Bangalore. There was no big problem as such. Due to large quantity of mud/dust piled up on the surface of coil, it stopped working suddenly. It just needed a clean up.
Btw the customer care number 1800 3000 1800 was not working but I got another number from the dealer from whom I purchased.
Now a days, its so tough to find a product company which gives quickest and the best service. kudos to V-guard CC.
