Would share about some bad experience off late about this product.I have bee using V-Guard products for the past 20 Yrs.The name itself deserved repect from people beacause of the superior quality and after sale support .Off late what I find is all the products from this Brand are cheap chinese goods and no importance is given to quality and after sales support.
The brand is more interested only in boosting it sales with all those sleazy Advts.I had purchase a water heater some 4 Yrs back, which developed some problem recently.When the technician from V-guard turned up he was only intrested in selling his new products.The guy offerd a exchange scheme with a new 3 Ltr model for Rs.2600/-.But when I went to their office they said it would cost 3000/-.What I found out here is they have taken me for a ride, as the same product cost only 3000/- withou any exchange.My dear friends please keep away from this brand, there are plenty of other superior products available in the market.
