I have purchased v-guard geyser (15 lt) under exchange scheme in the month of Nov.2009.
I placed order through news paper advertisement and the geyser was installed on through pancham electrical, rajouri garden, Delhi. At the time of installation, I was not provided with the bill, stating that I will receive it directly through courier from the company/through the dealer.
Regret, that I have not yet received the bill for my purchase. I have contacted your gurgaon office (Mr. Sudama/ms. Jinka) on various occasions but have been receiving false commitments. I have also contacted your dealer and sales person in Delhi, who are again of no support. In view of the above, i have put complaint on this web site, hoping that they take some action on my complaint.
