Its amazing that there is not even a single review of this place on mouth shut while there happens to come hundreds of cars come for sales and service purpose. Anyway there are many pros I found for this dealer mentioned ahead:
This place is located strategically beside to NH-24 and on service/another lane in Sec-63, Noida.
It has huge setup, this is 3 stories building fully occupied by Uttam, it has two basements where level 1 is used for car washing and level 2 is used for mechanical and polishing work, this level two has a dedicated zone to install genuine accessories.
There was a proper Lounge to sit for car owner, it had sofa sets and separate table and chairs But now this area is being used for New Cars showroom.
Free Tea service is still available on demand.
There was one TV set installed to see the service progress of cars by CCTV cameras.
You get the access to see your cars by going to mechanics and can instruct them if some attention needs to be given on your vehicle.
One point to note that Central Locking get jammed by Army`s jammers due to being military area nearby.
Service advisers are dedicated for each cars and are helpful.
Service is claimed to happen well in 2 hours but in reality it takes time from 2-4 hours.
Toyota`s customer happiness rating system is good and they are devoted to get at least 8 points out of 10.
They have another sitting zone for drivers.
Washroom is clean and is cleaned on intervals which is very nice and gives feeling of hygiene.
You also get proper follow ups after servicing concerned with rating of satisfaction and to know if any thing is missing, which is really good and if you make any complaint then you get your appointment scheduled as per your convenience free of cost if that thing was covered in service.
Over all uttam toyota is a reliable place to get your Toyota cars serviced.
