Uttam Fast Food in Chandigarh Sec 46 C is a popular place and myself being a foodie, have visited it many times for dinner.
Their ambience is okay, service is poor and slow. It is more like a dhabha.
Their Indian and Chinese food is good if you are on budget but do not order pizza, assuming that they also have their own bakery upstairs. Pizza is disastrous, it looks bad and was served to us with spoon(!) and fork.
