I feel this review is:
Hi guys I would like to share my experience about this utsav hotel which is in koramangla. I had orderd upma and coffee.The hotel was not crowded but still the server made me wait for a long time. When I got upma it was not hot and I got an ant in that upma.I complained to management and they were like sorry for inconvenience and they exchanged upma with idli.Idlies was good.And the coffee which they served was too sweet and was not able drink completely. Overall its waste of money and bad ambience.
