I have been to this restaurant 3-4 times. The thing I liked about Utsav is Its quite pocket friendly. Among all the restaurants in powai, this one is quite cheap.
Recently one of my friend gave us birthday treat in Utsav. The food they serve is tasty. We ordered 3 starters. the one which we all liked was "Veg Tawa Rolls".
We had punjabi food whch was good too. In mocktails, I would recommend you to try "Kiwi delight". We also ordered "Strawberry fields forever" which was not that good.
Ambience is average. Neither too good nor bad.
Reservation is recommended on fridays and weekends.
