I feel this review is:
Utkal university is the one of the most reputed and oldest university in india. It is the pride of odissa. But now it shine is fading. I am a student of utkal university so it is easy and painful to say university is lacking in every possible terms required for being a educational hub. It lacks in providing a healthy atmosphere to students for studying. Lacks in providing modern technology in its classes, lacks in providing campus. University should be so attactive to eyes that students should feel focused on their career.
