One of the worst brands with bad products and pathetic service. I raised a complaint about the leakage a month back(July 2nd). The technician came and replaced coil saying the coil has issue. That did not solve the issue and then they said it has to do with tank leakage. Since it is still under warranty, they said they will refer it back to the compay. Even after 2-3 weeks, they did not respond and upon calling they said it is with the company now and these guys are just technicians that Usha employes. They, after calling the toll free again on July 26th, they said they will resolve it sooner and got few more calls from few technicians to send the warranty card and original invoice pics. After sharing all, I thought someone would come and fix the issue, but they blatantly went and cancelled the request with the message "Regret due to unavoidable reasons, your complaint CC has been cancelled".
Never ever I am going to use any usha products again.
