Hello friends, I use Usha Honeywell CL 15AM Room Air cooler. The regular of the cooler was working properly and no noise from my cooler. Draining the water is very easy process. High temperature it gives me moderate cooling fan throw is pure and proper pour water. All the control nov are plastic made. Their customer service is reraible for me because they attend the service call before 24 hours. So my view of point this cooler market value is perfect because it's very fast cooling and low sound. This is one of the best product. I my fully satisfied with the product.
