I bought an Usha food processor and after just one and a half month the aata needle broke.
I called up customer service and asked for a replacement. Every time I would raise a service request , I received a call from the engineer and send him the picture of the needle that required replacement. After a couple of days the engineer would close my service request without visiting my premises and not even providing me with any solution. Atlast after numerous calls Usha said that they do not have the aata needle in stock. I haven't received my aata needle replace even after 8 months. It's a useless machine to buy if you do not get replacement parts from the company.
