USHA ROOM COOLER CL30XC - average buy, disappointing.Few days back I bought this cooler and turned out to be a fiasco and total waste of 11, 000 Rupees. When I went to the market I could not see anything advanced than this and this was the prettiest and sturdy of all the ROOM COOLERS I could see. After reading the specs and the demo I was impressed. Since I started using the cooler it just gave humid air and nothing else. I had put almost 2-3kgs of ice in the ICE BOX but it was a waste.
I complained to the USHA customer care I was surprised my call was handled within 30 hours of call. Well the engineer came and said its fine well he had no means to check how perfect the cooling was but then he had to say something so he said its your fault that you bought the cooler you should have bought the bigger one. Well I understand I had bought the bigger one but atleast this small cooler should have given me at least cool air\breeze. I am disappointed, wish there is a 30 days replacement warranty\guarantee.
