I bought this in april 2017 for summer of this year, first few week it was running good but in the may we suffered some kind of problem like suddenly stuck between running. then we called so many times their serviece support but we failed to connect with usha.
beside of this the cooling of honeywell is fine with a litttle bit sound which is not noisy.
according to my experience I am not satisfy with this product.
if anyone want this then go to with own risk.
