I would like to list out few ailments which could be cured by our normal food items available in our kitchen

Gynecology :For Ladies to have a healthy uterus and to avoid all ailments related with that one need to consume daily seasame , methi, this can be achieved by preparing laddus . while seasoning never forget to add methi too.

For uterus you can have 2 date fruit  or 2 pieces of papaya which really cools down uterus and prevent any gynecological problems.

Cold: Steaming is the best way to bring out the cold and mucus. just boil 5 cups of water for 10 mins and add vicks or amrutanjan and inhale for 10-15 mins . you can really feel the relief.

Fever : Drink more hot water so that you sweat. all the virus and germs goes via sweat , urine. Pepper rasam is the best remedy for fever .

Mouth ulcer : mouth ulcer happens only if stomach ulcer is so need to drink tender cocunut , milk, butter milk, adhimadhra pattai - a bark from a herbal tree . this can be got from any herbal shop. need to keep chewing it for juice . you can literally feel the wound geting heeled.

Indigestion: need to take ginger or dry ginger (sukku). if we keep adding ginger in all our daily intakes sambar, sabji, palya, uppma, ...its good.

Cough: a pinch of turmeric with pepper powder add it in hot milk and drink . its a sure curer. hot milk is always a soother for dry cough.

Acidity : if you feel acidic and dont feel like taking any food. take a small onion and have it . if u need you can fry it and have it. even garlic takes care of acidity.

this is actually a replacement for digene, gelusil or soda.

If you dont prefer any of the above you can go for fresh lime with salt. the citric acid in lime basifies the acidity.

Eye irritation : slice cucumber and keep it for 10 mins change the pieces every 5 mins. even it gives best results with sliced potato. the potato piece turns black and shows the intensity of the heat in our body. software enginners or folks who work in computer need to exercise this.

Urinary infection, block in urinary tube  or to avoid stone formation - drink more water and consume more onion.

For best results

Drink atleast 4 liters of water daily. for soft ware engineers add extra 1 liter.

Tooth ache or gum ache:Brush twice a day. brush with tooth powder like gopal toothpowder or ash. goggle with hot salt water once a week to kill germs . once in 15 days with branded gingelly oil goggle or accumulate it for 2 mins in the mouth and wash it. even you can try it with mouthwash as an alternative.

Clean hands and toes: Take half bucket of hot water add shampoo and keep your hand or feet for 5 - 10 mins. it cleanses.

Hair: to avoid dandruff and to have  clean hair never go for shampoos .

pluck 6-7 hibiscus leaves and flowers grind it into a paste and apply it to hair every month or every fortnight based on availability. its a good moisturiser.

get shikkakai powder and usilam powder mix it in the same ratio and apply it weekly once. this is the conditioner for the hair.

Egg- white is also good for hair and enriched with vitamin E and protiens for hair root.

Pimples :turmeric sandalwood paste

In indian food see to that you consume ginger, garlic, onion, curry leaves, turmeric in any form.

Weekly once greens is a must.

Try the above and revert back if you have any issues. I had experienced the goodness of the above and penning in mouth shut.

thanks
