I wanted to buy Venus Tool Box with 5 Compartments. Product is really very good, but URJAKART having very poor customer service.


I placed my order on 24th July, 2016. After around 25 days of my order URJAKART canceled my order without any information.


When asked about reason, they said product is not available. Place order once product is available.


What the hell. I never seen such type of e-commerce company. Really a very bad experience and never recommend to buy from UrjaKart.com.
