Book lovers paradise. Review on Uread

I am writing this review after ordering 14 times from UREAD.COM and believe me everytime their delivery was on time including international editions of books.Being a bibliophile I used to buy huge number of books from flipkart right from 2009 but after they ventured in other areas  their services deteriorated.In fact when four of my consignments were mis routed their customer service executives had no clue how to handle the problem blaming everything on speed post.

This was around November and I was looking for a good online bookstore , i zeroed in on unread after reading some reviews including two that appeared on mouthshut.With trepidation I placed my first order and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had delivered the books on time.Since then I have been ordering books through this online store and every time they have delivered as they promised. The customer service persons are very responsive and helpful .

When one of my consignments got mis routed, I rang them   but was pleasantly surprised to learn that they already knew that the consignment was mis routed and  assured me things will be set right and within twelve hours I could see the change in the tracking information of the courier company.Most important thing the customer care people  keep  track of  every order and suggest a way out instead of passing the buck..In fact they are now what Flipkart was in its earlier avatar as an online bookstore.

Booklovers can surely celebrate an excellent  site devoted exclusively to books along with flipkart.By the way dont ever order from bookadda.com and infibeam as I found these two sites absolutely worthless and dubious.For now UREAD.COM has won my loyalty.
