Nothing good at this site. I ordered 4 times from this site, every time I got worst service, I gave trial for 4 time, now I gave up to this site.
cons:
1) it never deliver on given time slot. I missed my office waiting for urdoorstep.com guy for delivery.
2)quality of vegetables not good.
3)I ordered around Rs300(online payment done before delivery) vegetables, in which around Rs 70 vegetables(due to poor quality)I returned back in Feb2016.
4) from Feb to June 2016
I have been requesting them to either send my money back or send some vegetables worth rupees 70. no one responding.
Whenever I call customer care they will tell they need to check something, the will call me back in 10 mins, and they never call.
all process, sending mails, sending photos of poor quality vegetables, calling customer care I have already done, but still I lost my money.
I am never ever going to do any shopping with this site in my future.
