Previously when i was looking for a guitar teacher got connected to a very professional one through this site. Thankful to have found him. But next time when i was looking for a drawing teacher for my 4+YO i got royally cheated. The teacher named Rajdeep Sarder who claims to have his own drawing school "ankanneer" in south kolkata seemed to be very nice in mannerisms but had issues with the amount i was paying monthly rs.1500/-. He kept on building stories like he needs to pay back 50%of what he earns from us for the first 3months to urbanpro RM so despite of the RM confirming us the classes @1200-1400/- he used to take rs. 1500/month, then after 3months after much discussions reduced it to rs. 1400/month.
He started from around end Apr 22. During sep-oct 2022 he did not attend the classes for 1.5months (few leaves from his side n few more from our side due to then illness of our child). But he never bothered to adjust those missed classes. When he rejoined after lokkhi pujo we had a lengthy argument and finally sorted to decide he will continue and try to adjust leaves with extra classes if going forward taken. But when he came for the last class in Oct, he said his mother is saying to increase batches in his art school and discontinue with us. We could well understand just to take Oct 22 salary and somehow complete the month he previously agreed to continue with the classes. Since then have spoken to RM Pritha Banerjee requesting for some other replacement asap she confirmed to arrange in 2-3days and share the contact details of the new teacher. But since last Monday neither she has called back nor picking up my calls. I would say is this any fraud kind of services that UrbanPro.com people are providing?
