I have used urbanpro.com to find a tutor for php classes recently and the tutor although boasted himself of so much experience had minimal understanding of the teaching methodology. The user interface and the way to contact people isn't great. The services listed on the platform weren't verified hence leading the customers to choose wrong people for their requirements.
Overall urbanpro has many areas to improve ranging from their listing usability to website interface.
