Its a ladder that takes you down. Review on Urbanladder

I had my first impression with Urban Ladder and that turned out to be really bad. I am setting up my new apartment in jalandhar hence wanted to check out stuff from Urban Ladder. Since I am still old school, wanted to see the product so I went to their office at jalandhar on Sat.

There was a girl lying on the sofa and talking on phone but never bothered to attend us. To top it all the security guard refused to call any sales person because apparently the sales guys get irritated if the customers walk in to corporate office.

Dear Urban Ladder, please understand that you are in consumer business. Even if you get irritated when you have to attend customers at corporate office, please have some decency and courtesy to attend to them and say that in person rather than insulting them. Customer service is as important as your product. Because of this one incidence, I have dual mind to even check out your website. Hope you would take this review into account and improve your customer services.I would not recommend any one for this website
