I had bought "Kivaha & Kafano Coffee Table Cushions - Set of 2(Beige)", I paid 12, 000 for the design.
Here is the review
The corners of the table does not have legs, so when a slight pressure on the end, the whole table slides down and the glass items placed on top of it gets broken.
Small Kids normally tend to take support, in this case, my kid was badly hurt at the forehead was was very close for a eye injury, when he pressed the corners of the table.
After sales support, I informed the team that the design for which I paid expect to be safe. After 2 months, I had mentioned all the above scenarios and the pain and sufferings and asked them to find some solution to me.
The paint on the wood in the corners are coming out. Quality sucks!
They(Monica Chivatee from UL team) replied saying, they cant do anything and they are not willing to help me in any case. they say it is the best design ispite of glasses been broken, guests got spilled with coffee/tea and my kid got hurt.
There is only one email to handle all esculation and the esculation team is not reachable.
So my final verdict is they have very crapy design built on a colorfull world. They are 3x costlier from other products. They dont have a good customer relation team, they just want to sell.
