Hi,
I'm based in Pune. On May 13th I availed AC cleaning services through UC.'Platinum Airconditioning' technicians were assigned for the job. They came home, removed the whole ac, cleaned it and reassembled it. But after they left, I noticed that the AC vent was not shutting. I called UC and complained about this and they promised to get the technician to revisit and rectify the issue. The technician calls me in the afternoon and tell me that he's coming over. Since Im working I requested for a reschedule but he just hanged up.
Now the technician does not respond to my calls. The customer care executive that I spoke with asked me to call back anytime and ask for him. Now he too seems indefinitely unavailable.
Now, this is just not the kind of experience I expected. UC, kindly buckle up, and take up responsibility to own up to your bad choice of vendors. Platinum airconditioning should be blacklisted. And henceforth I will not be using Urban Clap anymore.
Guys, if you have a choice, please go with trusted vendors that you've met personally or know. This is just not worth the effort.
