I have hired the agency from Urban clap for deep cleaning of the house. They cleaned only one bathroom and two doors and other bathroom incomplete. They have taken full payment of 7000 and worked only 2 hours. It's a dacoit company and looting people for their service. Their behaviour is unprofessional, their boys have not wore the dress, they don't know how to clean and work, they instead do argument, the call centre support is horrible. They demanded full amount of money for 10% work. The call centre never helped. I suggest people never hire any service from Urban Clap. It's a modern day dacoity.
