I had a bad experience with UrbanClap service. I was in Bangalore and got the Washing machine service for 1500 indicating board problem should be replaced( In the month of July 2017). I have shifted to Hyderabad in the month of August 2017 and washing machine was stopped working in early October 2017 with the same board problem. Again registered service through Urbanclap and this time also same issue board problem but this person has indicated board can be repaired but 1600 will cost. I have told him this was recently replaced, but he denied no way it was just repaired and showed me the condition. I was in a situation that needed to get the machine repaired as I need to use, so paid 1600. UrbenCalp should investigate the issue and do the justification for my problem. I strongly recommend think twice you go for UrbanClap service.
