Urbanclap is trying to provide good services to the people. But the professionals you assigned are not of yours. I have availed many services from urbanclap and noticed many things which will never let you stable in particularly Ahmedabad market. Your professional services prices are too higher than any other local service provider. Your business is commission based so all your professionals charge that commission to the customers and every time estimated service cost is 30 to 40 percent higher than the local service provider. The people leaving in Ahmedabad are very clever and understand that things mostly. And most of your professional are not skilled. I do repair of my laptop twice. And both the time I I did not get good service. Initially I repaired my space key. He told me that he will change my space key with new. I paid 550 INR for single key. But he did not changed the key and charged me 550 rupees. This key is also not repaired well. It looks dissimilar to any other key because of repair and it becomes loose and bulged out. I confirmed from outside that if I even change my keyboard it will only cost me 700 rupees for full keyboard and you even did not change a key inspite of paying you 550 INR. Second time my laptop stopped working. And it is noticable that I am using that laptop since last 2.5 years it did not create any problem since date not even a penny I have spent to this laptop and after my first repair may be because of faulty service it is defected again. I again trusted on urbanclap and booked a service again with another professional. He came and took the laptop. After a day called him to ask the details he told me that we have ordered some part and fixing it into your laptop and it will cost around 1800 to 2000. It was very costly for me for a old laptop than I told him not to repair it with that cost. I told him if it is repairable upto 1300 than do it otherwise don't. Then he agreed with my price. on that point you can understand how they charge extra because of customer's no knowledge about the hardware. Very next day he delivered the laptop I asked about the bill. He told me that your bill will be provided by the urbanclap and he also told me that if I need bill I will be charged GST on the bill. I did not understand why he is telling so. Because in my past services professional told me amount of service including tax and never charged me extra for tax. And how can your professional deny for bill. Because by not giving bill to the customers you are not paying tax to the government and technician and urbanclap are supposed to doing legal offence by not providing bill. That is a noticable think and how can a professional and e-commerce company can do that. Moreover after repairing he also not fixed the screws back side. Most of the screws were not fixed. How can a professional work like that. And repaired laptop is also unstable it eventually starts and stops. All the things I complained to the urbanclao. And one of your resolution officer miss.pavitra also attended me and did a conference call with me and professional. But it is not my nature to argue with anybody face to face. He initially told me that he is changing some parts but on call he admitted the different thing. He told me that he did not changed any part and did reboiling of motherboard. And he will charge extra 200 to provide me the bill. So I got surprised because if no part changed so why did he charged 1300 INR higer amount for just doing simple process.and why he committed false statement earlier that he is changing the parts? Why I pay extra for bill which I never paid earlier? That things eroded my trust on urbanclap and just because of that I closed my concern. Because I did not want to give the laptop to a untrustworthy person. So I told Pavitra to close my concern. That incidents took my faith away from urbanclap. I have all call recording done with professionals and I can also claim that things legally. But I will do not do that because I believe that your intention is really good to serve people and provide hassle free services. But your professionals are not that of good. I do not have much time to talk during weekdays. So I did not argue with my problem. But with that incident I will not suggest my friends to use that service and I will also not use that service. I am not complainting you I am just describing the incident happened to me. So you can improve yourself. I do not need any resolution for that.
