Urban gym in chandigarh is one of my favourite gym . I liked it beacause of many good reason like, great atmosphere in the gym so automatically people want to doing workout, all the machines are new technology ang in good condition, and very easy to handle.
Large space is available so very less difficulties occure during the workout. Gym owner is very nice and support all the members of gym . He give diet plan, worlout plan and how to train our body and tells what are the benefits and losses of supllement. Trainers in the gym are also good behaviour and well human being they help each guy in the gym and doing his job of full passon and dedication.
So overall it is very good .
