Opted policy seeing low premium, but when I need an emergency admission, they rejected my admission in n/w hospital itself as they don't know this company. Went for claim reimbursement, lost hopes as it is a never ending process delayed for months together and they never settle my claim although after complete doc submission.
They don't have the correct process flow/compassion to help their customers, forget about settling a claim but always keep on ask to submit docs although u did it, is a clear intention not to face customers when they need it.
