This is in continuation to my below review, wherein both the accused(Univercell and SONY) has not responded to the court orders and I had to file an execution petition. Based on the EP filed, 4th Addl consumer forum has issued arrest warrant to the accused and then Sony has attended the forum. ACCUSED SONY has paid me the amount along with the interest and compensation as directed by the forum.

I have purchased a SONY EXPERIA mobile from Univercell, Madivala, Bangalore branch. It was a defective piece, they did service thrice and not able to fix it.
I have asked for a new mobile or my money back, they refused to do both. I have filed a case in 4th Additional consumer forum, Bangalore and orders are passed in favour to me.
Univercell and SONY jointly has to pay the money back to me along with interest and other expenses. Even after the court orders, they are not turning up. When I spoke to Univercell manager, he is the least bothered guy than anyone. This shows the worst service by both the parties. SONY never turned up to the court and no response even after the court orders.
I have been fighting with these giants from past 2 years, though the orders are passed, there is no response at all. I still have patience to fight and will never give up. I am going to file an execution petition now.
