ATM service is worst. Review on United bank of india

United Bank Of India, one of the famous nationalised bank in India, has a customer service problem regarding ATM from the beginning and it continues till today. Here are some examples of their miserable ATM service they provide.

ATM remains'out of order' most of the times:

I have attached a picture of the ATM( H B Town branch) near the place where I stay. What is being seen in the picture is the original condition of most of the ATMs of UBI. These ATM is either fully closed or sometimes half closed or if opened, a sign board showing'Out of order' on it. For last 1 month this ATM is out of order. One day it was seen that some technician trying to repair it or whatever else. But the result is we are facing a lot of problem.Not just now, it is a throughout problem.

Putting scratches on cards:

Another problem of the ATMs of UBI is that it has such a machine which put scratches on the magnetic coating of the ATM card. I had to change one card because of the scratches made by frequent use of the card in UBI ATMs.

Limited number of ATM:

I think UBI is among those banks which have least number of ATM throughout the country. If you find one ATM anywhere and it is out of order you have to travel a lot to get another ATM.

ACs don't work most of the times:

Most of the ATMs often become so hot inside it( because of the air condition don't work properly) that u can not stay inside it for a while.

I think UBI should look after the ATM service very carefully as this is the age of ATMs, otherwise people will be less interested on UBI and it's atms
