Nice Bank. Review on United bank of india

United bank of india. Its a one of a leading public bank of india. My first bank account is in united bank of india. I am very much happy with this bank service.

They provide good customer service, netbanking service is nice. I m sad with our atm that is located on our branch the atm service is not work properly in our area.

Most of time it was under repairing. Lots of people use chaque for withdraw money from this bank. But in overall performance it was nice.

The bank should provide and give their best in atm service. Other facility is nice.My educational loan was done with United Bank of India. I took it on 2009 and I have completed last year. Good thing is Branch is near my home town which is very convenient for me. Easy to approach them in terms of educationl loan. Staff were less and it would be great if they increase the number of employess.

United bank of india lots of documentary part. And now I had avery good relation ship with united bank.

United bank of India, the experience with this bank is absolutely bad.I am talking about the United bank of India Kudghat branch Kolkata Tollygunge. The behavior's of the staff's and clerk of this above mention bank is quite hilarious.When ever I visited this bank I have received a bad manners from the bank staff's.

They are not that much helpful as much as I expected. The bank staff's are absolutely insufficient in their jobs.

They have also the network problem. In the maximum number of time they said the link is not available and they are refuse to give the service.

The ratio of the bank customer compare to the bank staff's is very much lesser than the requirements. So that are the areas they have to improve.

I am talking about the united bank of India kudghat branch. so I can't say about the other branches so I hope so other branches are not that bad.
