United Bank of India is the only bank I have an account on and I regret that. This is because the service of this bank is very slow. I had to wait in the queue for hours to deposit my money. At the beginning of the month the bank is overcrowded. Everyone is in the bank for their money. But the workers are very slow in their work. There are all old people sitting in the counter taking all their time to work and we people are suffering. Moreover all the ACs does not work together. There was very hot in the bank. Fans cannot help either.
ATM availability in my area is very less. And most of the time there are no cash in the ATM. Internet banking and phone banking is good but it can’t be done by the old people so you cannot eliminate those long queues on the starting of the month.
