As I have buyed a bike and I enrolled my bike with the ensurance plan offered by the company.
After taking the plan I used to pay a amount of ₹500 per month for 3 years and after it would be insuranced for life time. After the bike was not working properly as it had been kept idle and so I gave my request to issue of my insurance amount but my request was refused.
Not only for this but also once it was struck by a 4 wheeler and met with an accident then also they refused to give me the insurance amount as they told thay the amount will be only given when they approved that the bike has been totally damaged.
They do not entertain the claim of the settlement .
They only do is they approach the customers for the insurance plans. The plans are too costly and are not affordable by all people.
The staffs are butterious and tgey are not supportive.
I would not recommend this for anyone to do insurance with this company.
